Maurice “Moe” Muise has been a successful entrepreneur since launching his own business in 1983. He began helping other entrepreneurs to realize their business goals in 1998, when he founded Muise Mergers & Acquisitions. As an acquisitions advisor, Maurice prides himself on closing every deal, while working openly and honestly with his clients.
In his latest venture, Conexus Trade, Maurice is bringing his long-time business knowledge and experience, his negotiating skills and his dedication to aid Canadian businesses in connecting to the international trade market.
Maurice knows that strategic business growth relies on scalability, and international markets offer Canadian businesses the buyers and suppliers they need to realize their growth goals. Through Conexus Trade, Maurice works diligently to link Canadian businesses to international buyers and sellers of trade goods. Throughout the process, he works tirelessly to close lucrative deals for his clients, while remaining transparent and honest to make sure that all parties are satisfied with the transaction.
In addition to his extensive mergers and acquisition experience, Maurice is a graduate of the Canadian Securities Institute. He also has completed Harvard Law School’s Negotiation and Conflict Resolution program.
Maurice is a proud veteran of the Royal Canadian Navy. He helped found the Society of Atlantic Heroes, a registered Canadian charity devoted to helping veterans and first responders receive the services they need to recover from occupational trauma and reintegrate into civilian life.
